Software and Computer Systems Company, LLC (SCSC) will provide technical support free of charge to all licensed users of our products for the period specified in the license. Licensed users may contact our support department by using e-mail, calling us on the phone, or sending us a letter describing your problems or concerns.

Our personnel are generally available Monday through Friday. Holidays where personnel will not be available will include all major U.S. holidays and the period between and including Christmas eve and New Years Day. Our phone mail system is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. SCSC will currently not return any calls originating from points outside the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

When leaving a voice message in our phone mail system, be sure to include a phone number, and an e-mail address so we may be able to assist you as quickly as possible.

Generally, most contact using the postal system is done for overseas orders. SCSC encourages both existing and potential customers to contact us via e-mail or by phone, since the response will be much quicker.
